Ok first of all, Music wise, VersaEmerge to me is very veryyy talented. Their music is just different to what I listen to, from the first song "Theatrics", for some reason, it makes me feel like im in a whole new world, I know that sounds corny but whatever, its true. Probably the one I enjoy listening to the most out of the new Ep is "whisperer", it just gets me energetic and hyper, and Sierra's voice gives me chills =] in a good way of course. =] Blake also has a good voice, when he comes out singing out of nowhere, the tone is incredible. ANd the remake of "clocks" is amazing too, I think I like it more calming, it sets it more.

Now, band wise, or member wise I guess. There so damn hilarious! There really nice peeps and look like there fun to hang with, and I've heard that there really cool too. The only one I;ve talked to online Is Jerry and hes an awesome dude, cant wait to see them all! Sierra, Blake, Devin, ANthony, Jerry, there all hilarious! Check out there Youtube, you'll then know what im talking about =]

VersaEmerge is just the shit!

Thats all I have to say

Why I love VersaEmerge. This is a hard one. Its more than just saying that they sound well, thats a given. VersaEmerge filled a void in my life. It was around Christmas the past year and I was so down and out, I didnt knwo if I could make it each day. There were some things I seriously contemplated (which I assume I dont have to elaborate on). Anyway, Its needless to say that Iw as unhappy. Nothing could bring me joy. Not even the music I used to love so much. It got to the point where everytime someone talked to me I would cry. I was asked one day, "what makes you happy?" And i didnt have an answer. I just started to cry, unable to remember the point of my life. I started to spend all my time on the internet, mindless Googling on depression. I started searching random things that started with "V". Naturally, VersaEmerge came up. I went to their Myspace and the rest id history. I realized the things that used to bring me joy, like music, were back. I learned their songs so quickly I was searching for anything to write them on. On Christmas, I bought their EP Perceptions, it was the VERY FIRST THING I PUT ON MY NEW IPOD. Also, the first IPod Ive ever had. I became so infactuated with the band, i learned all fo their names and was on every site they were on to stay updated. They just started a tour and the second day they came to my city. Its needless to say, it was the greatest day of my life. Seeing these people who helped me find myslef again and made music that I loved. Standing first row and singing with Sierra had me on an emotional high for weeks. (it was on February 2). There is nothing in the world right now that brings me more joy than VersaEmerge. Without the, all jokes aside, I dont know where I would be or if I wouldve even lived to see them play. Meeting them was a nother milestone of my life. Of ocurse, i overreacted like a young girl, but I wanted to show them how much they changed my life. They were like long lost friends to me, saviors.

On the musical level. They were an eye opener for me. Im always the lover of female fronted bands, and I watched the transition from a male singer to a female one. Sierra's voice sends chills through my bodu and gives me goosebumps. Blakes back-ip vocals and Anthony's drumming, paired with Devin's bass slolo's and Jerry's guitar, their music was something new and refreshing. I would just listen to the songs (even thr ones with no words) and memorize them. There was no way I was ever going to forget this band. They are easily a new favorite of mine that constantly talk about. There is never a day of mine that doesnt have a little loVE in it.

So, there you have it. I love VersaEmerge because they helped me learn to love myself again and help me remember the things that make me happy.

Thanks for reading.
Elise.

I really love VersaEmerge because of their unique sound. There are so many new bands coming out these days that have the exact same generic pop-punk sound. Since that's what's popular, it isn't surprising. But VE honestly has something unique going for them. Besides Sierra's amazing voice, the band combines powerful instrumentals that all compliment each other so well. There's so many elements to the music that make it extremely intense. They remind me of Circa Survive, but still have something unique in their instrumentals combination with Sierra's voice. Besides all that, I really think they care about their fans and it's so nice to see a young band keeping a level head on their shoulders and not losing what made them so unique as soon as they got signed. It makes me feel really proud to tell people about VE!

i love this band because they're extremly unique. I dont listen to many bands that have female fronted singers or females playing some sort of an instrument. No matter what happens to this band I do plan on keep listening to them. They do mean a lot to me. And most importantly they are all extremly nice. I met seirra and blake and they we're just so down to earth. Bands being nice mean a lot to me.

I've been a fan of VersaEmerge for a long time. I've seen this band go through member change after member change, and throughout it all they've managed somehow to remain true to themselves. Musically, I think that Versa brings a very playful yet refined edge to it, which I really like. You can definitely get a very PATD vibe in theatrics, which is just amazing, but the band gives all their music their own spin. It's very dark yet melodic at the same time, and it just produces a sound which I think is fresh and has appeal across a wide variety of genres.

As far as from a band/people perspective, I love how approachable the band is. I've commented the band and sent them messages on myspace before, and they usually reply. Every one of them adds fan on their myspace pages, and often times they'll comment back if we leave them something. I also really love that Versa communicates through their youtube channel. Their videos are just DOPE and I check the versa page every day to make sure I don't miss a new video. There have been some really amazing lines to come out of that channel. "Hi, I'm Sierra, and I'm look like a - " and Jerry with the calendar at WalMart. They make me laugh, and they're a band that I think has a lot of chemistry between each other, and really cares about their fans! Oh, and this is a purely shallow reason but all the members are hottie bo botties. xD

Firts of all, I am a huge fan of Feueled By Ramen bands, especially Paramore. It is my FAVORITE record label. I I had never heard of VersaEmerge until they got signed, and the second I started listening to their music, I loved it. I like the fact that it's girl fronted. Most bands are all guys, so it's nice to see girls represent. A lot of people say they are trying to be like Paramore. Paramore is my favorite band and for the record, VersaEmerge sounds nothing like them. They both have to different styles. I hate when people say that. They judge them and don't give them a chance when they should. VersaEmerge isn't trying to be anybody but themselves. That's hard in the music industry because you never know what people are going like and accept. I especially love Sierra and Blake's Mr. Grinch cover. Both voices=AMAZING! Fueled By Ramen knew what they were doing when they signed them. Good choice. No, FANTASTIC choice!

VersaEmerge has a great sound, unique from other bands out touring today. The new EP is incredible and certainly one to listen to over and over again. Amazing vocal match ups and yes, it's nice to see a girl fronted band 'emerge' onto the scene. It is sad that because of this, they were automatically compared to Paramore but they can hold their own and I think they can prove to be just as successful. Great job to FBR for adding them to the label.

I love VersaEmerge because, first of all, I'm addicted to the vocals, I think Sierra has such an unique sound and her voice is really strong and just amazing. Also, she's definatly one of my role models. The things that she's achieved at such a young age are insane. I also really love the sound of the band. They don't really stick to one genre and that's what I love about them, they allways try new things and it's not like a lot of other bands where every song is the same. Their lyrics are deep and they allways have a meaning, and that's very important to me. Lyrics always kinda show how the bandmembers are as people and I really love the lyrics of VE. They're a great live band too which I like as well.
I've been a fan since the beginning of this band(which I'm very proud of) and It's amazing to see how much they've evolved and gotten better. They're really an amazing band and I'm so glad that finally they get the attention that they deserve ^^

VE = love

VE is AMAZING!!! Not only does Sierra have a beautiful and powerful voice but all the guys are crazy good at all their instruments, and Blake also has a great voice. I've seen them twice live and they put on the sickest live show. It helps that they're all extremely nice and attractive Smile hehe
