Gob is a Pop Punk band from Burnaby (Canada) formed in 1994. They published their first self-titled EP in 1994. In 1995 they replaced the bassist Kelly Macauley by Jamie Fawkes and released their first full length album "Too Late...No Friends". Jamie Fawkes left the band after a while and a friend of the band Happy Kreter replaced his position until they found a permanent replacement in Craig Wood. In 1997 they introduced their first Split Ep "Ass Seen On TV" together with ANOTHER JOE (a three-piece punk rock band from the burbs, Richmond and Langley) on the market. Between 1997-98 Patrick Paszana (drummer) decided to leave the band because he started a family. Gabe Mantle (also Brand New Unit) took over on drums and the band started to produce their second full-length album "How Far Shallow Takes You" which was released in 1998. In 2001 they released their third studio album "World According To GOB" which was their most successful album by today. In 2002 the released their second EP called "F.U. EP". In 2004 Craig Wood also left the band because he wanted to play guitar for AVRIL LAVIGNE. That for they searched a new bassist and found someone who was one of their fans Tyson Maiko als known as Peter Pan. Their latest album "Muertos Vivos" has been released in Canada on 23 October 2007, in the USA on 27 November 2007, in Japan on 5 December 2007 and across Europe on 7 December 2007. Muertos Vivoa contains 12 tracks with a length of 45:31 minutes. The first single off the album is "We're All Dying".
