MxPx got signed to Sideonedummy and their first release is that nice and cosy DVD with a special feature: The DVD includes two discs! Disc one is called the “B-movie”, which is actually the DVD, disc two is called “The A/C EP”, which includes five acoustic songs. Some bands don´t have the skills to play acoustic, but MXPX is good at what they do. They use strings and piano to make these songs more attractive. MxPx taped their show at the “Clubhouse” in their hometown of Bremerton, Washington. The DVD gives a lot of impressions, allowing you to accompany the band to Japan or Europe and watch their actions. Have you ever seen a fridge which opens its door to both directions? Me neither, but this seems to be standard in Japan! Yuri injured himself and you can see the band rollerblading and making fools of themselves. I am a little bit dissapointed, that the band doesn't show very much live action, however, this DVD/CD is very worthwhile and you will get a lot of action for your money.
