Hoobastank - Let it out

Hoobastank has become a real intersting and good band for me. I was so amazed about their LP release “The Reason” on the Universal music group. But even a good band can bring out worse material. I am totally sceptic about their DVD, which is called “Let it out”. The DVD contains several videos, for example their massive hit “The Reason”, “Running Away” and some more. Ok, it´s nice to see those videos, but I am always intersted in the way the band is performing on stage. There are only five songs, which the band shows on stage. I saw them live in Germany and I was impressed how good they was. But their skills are not reflected well on this DVD. It´s boring to watch their live set. The singer performs on stage without a T-shirt. I think this is absurd. In Germany he was performing with a shirt and therefore I think he was told to perform without a shirt, just to put the sales higher. Damn, I am not interested in his body (although he has well proportions) but I am into the music and this is just a few to watch. Ok, this DVD gives you a little insight, what the band is about, but I wish the DVD would have turned out better. You also find a documentary and a The Reason “DJ-Tanner remix”, which is just totally boring. I am not a huge fan of this DVD and I think you can invest your money better.
