The Militia Group once again signed a perfect band. This time they signed Controlling The Famous, a critiqual Indie Rock band. They sound so well and they differ so much from anything that is to find on the music-market. Their catchy tunes outshine so many bands from the Indie Rock genre, that´s for sure. The record contains ten songs on a very high technical level. The guitarists and songwriters are definitely real artists, cause their complex song structures really impress me, whenever I listen to that record. If you need an direction, I could only refer to Quicksand because I cannot imagine any other band, that shows any parallels to that fantastic artist. Controlling The Famous is not to comparte with those highly polished records from the major label industry- no CTF is an outstandig band with a very own character.
