Anarbor is a Pop punk band from Phonix, Arizona that is signed
to Hopeless Records. They've signed with Hopeless Records in 2008 and released
an EP the same year. It went to #68 in the billboard charts. Now the band released
their second EP for Hopeless records. "Free your mind" is a beautiful
Pop Punk record, whith 7 great mid-tempo-Pop-Rock songs on. The 1st song is called
"Let The Games Begin". This beautiful tune sounds a lot like a Fall
Out Boy song to me. Singer Slade Echeverria has a real stunning and beautfil voice
and indeed he sounds a lot like Patrick Stump. Some tunes like "The Brightest
Green" or "Passion For Publication" where re-recorded. These songs
was to find on their foregoer EP "The Natural Way" too. "Free your
mind" has become another good coupling out from the band Anarbor. Their lyrics
focus on relationships and heartbreak; also the kind of themes young teenagers
are concentrating on. Their music doesn't sound to edgy or to hard. It is great music
to drive your car to and to sing-a-long to. In general I woulnd't say their music
affect me a lot but it is fun listenig to it.
