AllisterThe new Allister full lenght album "Before the Blackout" is out since October eleven on Drive Thru Records. Tim, Kyle, Scott and Mike did a great job and created 14 nice little pop punk ear candies which took almost 3 years. "Before the Blackout" is their third full lenght - and in my opinion the best release by the band - so far. The 4 guys form Chicago sold more than 80 thousand copies of their last release "Last Stop Suburbia", but I think their new CD "Before the Blackout" has the same or even higher potential. The record combines great sing-along melodies, sentimental lyrics, and some nice breaking chord changes. My favorite tracks on this CD are "Waiting", "A Study in Economics" and the bitter sweat "Potential Suicide“, but in general all those songs are fantastic. So, if you are a fan of the older Allister releases, or you like true pop punk, then go to your favourite record-dealer and buy the new Allister release and you won't be disappointed
