A Change Of Pace - An offer you can´t refuse

I am totally confused about the quote, that I found on the bands very own website, that says: The members in A Change Of Pace are only 16-18 years old. I almost couldn´t believe this, because the singers voices really sound pretty mature. Alright, let me start this review new: ACP is a young Rock band from Arizona (you can call them a Screamo band), that released their debut album on Immortal records. The record consists of eleven slamming Rock songs, that imply agressive throat on one hand and bittersweet vocals on the other. The band has two singers: One is doing the normal throat and, well, let me call it "sweet vocals". The normal singers voice shows small parallels to Hawthorne Heights. The other singer is the agressive one, who definitely reminds me to any bands like Glasseater or Thrice. Indeed, I am not a huge fan of that Screamo genre any more, but I need to admit, that their debut record has definitely impressed me a lot. Their emotional songs are really good and the recording qualility has turned out well too.
